Are Atachments / Lobbys Still Patched

i forgot what Xboxlive Update it was but 3 Guns 4 Perks and so on those Atachments and 10th / Challenge Lobbys where Patched u had to do it manually , Is all this Still Patched or has people came with New JTAGS

No, they're not patched.. with all the genius's out there, nothing can ever stay blocked.. I cannot say about the 3 guns/4 perks because i haven't jtagged since before the DLC release.. but i do know that you can still rank jump and prestige quickly.
